Mindful Meditation

 
Enjoy a pause in the day in which to refresh yourself by simply sitting and paying attention to your senses, feelings, and thoughts. You are welcome to stay for 5 minutes or for the entire 30 minute session. Guided meditation led by Henry Schipper, UCLA mindful studies graduate. The group meets monthly on the first Tuesday.
