Ahnjel has been in the Fitness industry for 30 years. She started out as a professional dancer, and while dancing started teaching aerobics. Ahnjel has taught all the types of workout classes there are: high impact aerobics; low impact aerobics;spinning; step; body sculpting. With such a wide range of physical workouts, Ahnjel has a large repertoire to draw from and is able to make every workout different from the one before.
Abs, Buns and Legs is a full body workout! Always a great cardio workout followed by strength training, core work is in every workout and lots of work to strengthen and shape the legs and glutes, abdominals and upper body!
