Laura Fuller has been teaching yoga in the Mar Vista area for 7 years and our Monday and Wednesday evening evening classes will now be at Mar Vista's beautiful new studio, The Moving Joint. Please come make this a beautiful home for community through movement, health, and enjoyment.

A blend of relaxation & effort for your over all health. A great place for beginners, anyone who needs to take it slow, anyone who wants to bring it back to simplicity.
• 8:00 to 9:30 pm ~ All-Levels Flow
Flow yoga plus meditation in a style that acknowledges the
possibility of healing for the body, mind, emotions, spirit and earth. Be ready for a sweet sweat.

For the grand opening through Feburary, you can try a class for $5 or try 2 weeks of unlimited classes for $35. Beyond that, class prices are best if you buy a series:
Students, seniors and financial hardship $11 per class
$156 for 12 ($13 per class)
$90 for 6 ($15 per class)
$17 drop in single class
