Pilates Jump Board
Monday evenings join us for a FUN and very effective POV workout.
Jump Board originated from the NASA space program as a prototype to study the effects of weightlessness in space. The workout, done lying down, allows the client to perform jump combinations with minimum impact and lots of strength and cardio benefits.
