Schooled in India, Maya’s classes foster total self-awareness and acceptance of your personal physical limitations. She believes in our intuitive, fluid movements and encourages tuning into this, letting go of rigidity and stale energy.
Breath and movement flow together as one as you cultivate an inner tranquility, being mindful of only your practice and the present moment. Maya’s classes are for all levels,
as judgement and ego are left at the door. Only with challenges do we grow, so be ready to embrace that, break a sweat (while hopefully smiling) and flow to some inspiring tunes!
Classes are at the Venice Movement Arts Center, just across the street from the Whole Foods Venice and your first class is FREE! :)
