Yoga can cultivate the mind, body and spirit in powerful ways. This class will focus on providing teens & pre-teens with skills for inner strength. Focus, communication, process & stress-release will be emphasized while developing a healthy & balanced body & mind. Tools learned in yoga provide the foundation for con dence, creativity, courage & peace.
This class is especially designed for ages 10 years through teens. It is being created with inspiration from the Venice Center for Peace and Justice with the Arts to provide low-cost to no-cost yoga classes through youth who are interested in developing themselves in these ways.
Classes will be on Thursdays from 6:10 to 7:00pm
$35 ($5 per class) to $108 ($12 per class)
No one will be turned away for lack of funds.
