Venice High Football Coach Remembers Days of Yore

The 53-year-old coach credits his football days at Venice High with making him who he is.

Venice High School football coach Angelo Gasca, who graduated from the school in 1978, has steered the Gondoliers to a semifinal playoff game.

The coach, who credits football with keeping him out of gangs, played quarterback for the school.
