Depressed Cake Shop to Open in Venice for 2 Days Only

The charity bake sale raises funds for the St. Joseph Center and NAMI Westside in an effort to raise awareness of mental health issues.

A charity bake sale to raise awareness of mental health issues will be back in Venice for two days this holiday season, according to la.eater.com.

The Depressed Cake Shop will offer gray-hued cookies, cake pops, macaroons and more at St. Joseph Center, 204 Hampton Drive, on Friday and Saturday, Dec. 13 and 14. The pop-up will be open on Friday from 6-9 p.m. and open on Saturday form 10 a.m. until sold out. Proceeds go to St. Joseph Center and the Westside LA branch of the National Alliance on Mental Illness (NAMI Westside), according to la.eater.com.
