Pet of the Week Humphrey Needs a New Home

Humphrey, an affectionate boxer/bulldog, is our featured Pet of the Week from Forte Animal Rescue.

Humphrey, a gorgeous, young, super affectionate boxer/bulldog, needs a home. He was found wandering in the streets before being taken in by Forte Animal Rescue, and now he wants to kiss and cuddle all the time. He is a big love bug! Humphrey likes other dogs, enjoys long walks, and is wonderful on a leash. This beautiful dog needs a loving home.

Humphrey has a stunning light brindle coat with white “socks.” He is already neutered, housetrained, up-to-date with shots and good with kids. He’s 2 years old and weighs about 65 pounds.

You can meet Humphrey by contacting FAR at 310-362-0321 / info@FARescue.org or by coming to FAR’s weekly Saturday adoptions at , 3860 So. Centinela Ave, Los Angeles, CA 90066, from 12:30 p.m. to 3:30 pm. The third Sunday of each month an adoption event is also held at Petco Unleashed, located at 13411 Washington Blvd., Marina del Rey (near Costco), from noon to 3 p.m. More information is available at www.FARescue.org.

Forte Animal Rescue is a 100% volunteer-run 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization, seeking solutions for pet overpopulation, as well as working together with the community to cultivate the human animal bond through educational programs and activities. In addition to ongoing boarding and other expenses, Forte Animal Rescue continually incurs significant veterinary medical bills, hence any support would be greatly appreciated. Forte Animal Rescue is also looking for foster homes for its rescued dogs, along with volunteers to help its adoption events.

Let me clarify: All I tried to do was re-link to the video that was dumped when Patch revised itsRead More format. The Festival of the Chariots won't be coming to Venice for months.

One year, long ago, Alice Coltrane performed. Anyone know the year? Definitely in the 70's.

Thank you, David, for your lucid and edifying dissertation on Passover. You just about said itRead More all...I would only add that if people get a chance during the holiday to view the movie version of Fiddler On The Roof they will get a truly inspiring feeling for what it meant - and means - to be Jewish.
