It can be found on the south side of the street in a small strip complex, next to several vehicle repair and service shops. Kelly's Block Welding is an automotive machine shop that specializes in engine rebuilding -- specifically those of cars, trucks and boats. It does head and block welding for foreign and domestic vehicles. Payment is by cash only.
