Prior to starting my own company I was able to learn from and acquire knowledge in the contracting business from some of the better contractors in the area. Much of my apprenticeship was under some of the best craftsmen in the world as I was fortunate enough to work for Barbara Streisand, during a four-year project in the Malibu Hills. That opportunity taught me the importance of accuracy.
Although we do not get involved with Green Demolition Certification we have for years done our best to be responsible on the manner in which we demo structures. We do limit what is thrown into landfills. Most reusable items such as doors, windows, cabinets, fixtures, electrical and plumbing and lumber has been transported to Mexico for use in the poor communities near Punta San Telmo, Ruben Jaramillo and Camalu in Northern Baja.
