The Westside Center for Independent Living offers free services and classes to people with disabilities who also…More struggle with low incomes. The Center's goal is to help it clients achieve independence through support services and training.</p> <p>Disabilities handled by WCIL may be developmental, physical or psychiatric, and may also result from substance abuse or traumatic brain injury. WCIL also has offices in Santa Monica, Redondo Beach and Los Angeles.</p>
