Shambhala Los Angeles Meditation Center (SMCLA)

SMCLA is a community of individuals committed to practicing, studying and building the basis for a caring and compassionate society. 

Shambhala Meditation offers meditation programs for beginners and advanced meditator, individual meditation instruction (always free of charge), weeknight dharma talks (intro to meditation) and weekend meditation retreats.  Shambhala Los Angeles have three locations in LA: Eagle Rock (Main Center), Westside Center in Marvista and in Costa Mesa in Orange County. We also have Shambhala meditation groups in Ojai and Carpinteria where we offer weekly meditation sitting and meditation programs. 

Welcome to drop in and visit, practice meditation during our open sitting sessions, or check out our Thursday night (Eagle Rock) or Wednesday night (Westside) intro programs, at no charge.
