KOBE & 12,000 WALK FOR HOMELESS - (PHOTOS)

Last Saturday, Nov. 23, Los Angeles United Way in partnership with Kobe and Vanessa Bryant hosted the 7th annual “HOMEWALK L.A.” - a 5 kilometer marathon walking event intended to create public awareness and support for the plight of Los Angeles’s 58,000 homeless men, women, children, seniors, veterans, mentally and physically handicapped etc.

This was the most successful United Way L.A. Home-walk To Support The Homeless ever. 

Over TWELVE THOUSAND PEOPLE from all over Los Angeles took part, and the event generated over $800,000.00.

 Kobe was there, cheering everybody on, and there was a great sense of empowerment in the air for the whole 2 hours that the event lasted.
