Big Draw LA Comes to Venice

Animo Venice Charter High School hosted the event on its campus Saturday.

As part of the Big Draw LA, a month-long participatory drawing initiative, Animo Venice Charter High School, 841 California Ave., hosted Drawing by the Mile on Saturday. Rolls of drawing papers lined the campus and students and their families came together to draw, share and create art in public.

The Big Draw was founded in the United Kingdom in 2000 and now spans the globe with more than 22 countries participating.
