Gentle, Long-Haired Dachshund Needs a Home

Otis is affectionate and easygoing.

Otis is an older, distinguished Dachshund gentleman who waltzes his way through life. (We say waltz because he sways when he walks, and it looks like he is doing a slow waltz!)

Otis is laidback with other dogs. He would be happy in a home by himself or with friends. He will follow a person everywhere, and will steal purses, or pillows, or pieces of clothing, but he will just move them somewhere else so people have to look for their things.

He loves sleeping on a soft dog bed and sleeps through the night. He is in perfect health, except for a heart murmur that should be monitored once a year. He has a huge appetite, likes stuffed animal toys, is very affectionate, and is one of the silliest, smartest, funniest dogs that has come through Much Love.
