Local Churches Celebrating Christmas

The Church of Saint Mark in Venice offers services all day Dec. 24 from their 3:30 p.m. Family Mass with children's choir, to their Midnight Mass that night.

The First Lutheran Church of Venice offers a Christmas Eve candlelight service, as well as Christmas Day service at 10 a.m. More information on First Lutheran Church of Venice services can be found right here.

Vineyard Christian Fellowship Westside, 3838 S. Centinela Blvd. Christmas Eve Candlelight Service, Dec. 24, 5:30 p.m. and 7:30 p.m.

St Bede’s Episcopal Church, 3590 Grand View Blvd. Informal Christmas Service for Children, Dec. 24, 4:30 p.m. Festival Choral Eucharist: The Christ-mass, 10:30 p.m. Holy Eucharist, Dec. 25, 10 a.m.

Venice Santa Monica Free Methodist Church, 4871 Centinela Ave. Dec. 23, celebrate the birth of our Lord Jesus at the Venice Japanese Community Center. Time: 10 a.m. (one service only). Christmas Eve candlelight service. Time: 7:30 p.m. 

St. Andrew’s Lutheran Church,  1155 National Blvd. Christmas Eve family friendly candlelight worship at 7 p.m. On Christmas Day, worship with other churches as they come  together at Mt. Olive Lutheran in Santa Monica, located at 1343 Ocean Park Blvd. Service starts at 11 a.m.
