Bike Plan Goes to Council, Good Weather Forecast

Rabbit, rabbit, rabbit!

So far, the chilly days are waning – today's highs are expected in the low 60s, steadily climbing toward the weekend.

The Los Angeles City Council will consider the master bike plan this morning, which is expected to pass, creating 1,680 miles of bikeways in the city. did not get included in the plan. It is technically possible, though unlikely, that the extension could be added to the plan during council's debate.

What do you think? Should the threat of strikes prompt L.A. voters to keep pensions at the status quo?

Stay tuned this week for more coverage of the measures on next week's ballot.
