Day After Christmas Sales to Rival Black Friday Deals

Retail experts are saying that December 26 will be one of the largest shopping days this year!

The presents have been unwrapped and the kids are happy with Santa’s offerings for another year. The hustle and bustle of holiday shopping is done. Right?

Not so fast! The Christmas spirit is still strong in some. For many, the day-after-Christmas sales represent the best part of the holiday shopping experience! It’s not all about the “return”. December 26 shopping is more about the DEALS! Nerdwallet.com is reporting that December 26 should be a HUGE retail shopping day this year. Last year, shoppers spent $7.1 billion on the day after Christmas according to ShopperTrak, a 25.5% increase from the year before. Experts are predicting that the after-Christmas sales will look a bit like Black Friday – with early hours and doorbuster specials.

It’s a bargain hunter’s dream-come-true! Whether you are looking to stock up on decorations for next year, or just simply use some of your gift cards and Christmas cash, the deals are out there.
