Occupy Venice Film Series: Race and the Police

Occupy Venice hosts a monthly film series covering a wide range of topics. The location and theme change each month. We feature speakers, information and a film on the topic, followed by discussion. We also have free food and drinks for the public. We pass a hat around asking for donations but otherwise it is all free. Our events build community and inform. Here is info on our event.

This case is garnering national attention and Occupy has united with the Weekley's to address police brutality and racial injustice in our community.
