Maggie Grove has been an integral part of the Yogic Community for 12 years, from New York to Los Angeles, both as a student and a teacher. She holds yoga certifications through Bikram Yoga, Kundalini Yoga & The Khalsa Way. Maggie has been a Doula, guiding numerous women through pregnancy, labor & post partum. She is also an Ayurvedic practitioner, specializing in pre and post natal nutrition & herbs. Her yoga classes support & expand the creative journey of every soul. Maggie incorporates the techniques of Kundalini & Hatha Yoga classes.
