Car Crash Not Accidental, Police Say
A woman drives her truck into a building off Windward Circle early Saturday morning, critically injuring herself but no others.
A woman drove a pickup truck into an apartment building on Pacific Avenue and Windward Circle at approximately 5:20 a.m. Saturday, police said.
The driver, who has not been identified, was taken to a hospital with critical injuries after her truck burst into flames after the crash. No other people were injured.
The police have determined that the incident was not accidental, according to Sgt. Murrel Pettway of the West Los Angeles Traffic Division.
