Venice Man Pepper Sprayed, Arrested in Santa Monica

The 38-year-old caused quite a scene.

A Venice man caused a commotion at a Santa Monica gas station, managing to get himself pepper sprayed by a gas station employee, according to the Santa Monica Mirror.

The 38-year-old was arrested and charged with battery and being drunk in public.
