Windward School is holding its first-ever music festival on April 28 & 29. Some of today's most prolific and successful musicians will come and work with three of Windward's top instrumental ensembles, as well as choral groups The Chromatics and the Upper School Chorus. Guest artists conducting workshops with students include: Peter Erskine, Miguel Atwood-Ferguson, Anita Vasan, and Kathleen Grace.
The weekend concludes with a Spring Music Concert open to the public on Sunday, April 29 at 3 p.m. in Windward's Lewis Jackson Memorial Sports Center, with the guest artists performing alongside students. Tickets are $10 each and can be purchased at the door.
Limited parking is available on a first-come, first-served basis at the School's Palms and Sawtelle lots.
