Boys & Girls Club of Venice Celebrates National Boys & Girls Club Week - Special events taking place at the Club, April 16-20

The Boys & Girls Club of Venice joins more than 4,000 Boys & Girls Clubs across the country and on military bases overseas in celebrating National Boys & Girls Club Week April 16-20. The clubs provide youth development services to 4.1 million members and youth in the community through a variety of programs.

This year the Boys & Girls Club of Venice will be hosting a variety of fun activities for members and volunteers to celebrate the importance of the club to the community.


Scheduled events include:

Tuesday - “Commit to Be Fit” Obstacle Course Competition in the gym

Wednesday- Ice Cream Social in the games room

Thursday –Guinness World Record Challenge for multiple games of tag in a 24-hour period in conjunction with other clubs and Major League Baseball

Friday– Music studio listening party and a 5K through Venice

*All activities are scheduled to start around 4:00 p.m. and volunteers are needed.

The club is located at 2232 Lincoln Blvd. Venice, Calif.
